Yesterday, the superfriends met at Langlang's house for the fitting of our gowns for Lhai's wedding this coming August. It was a hilarious moment meeting up with them because it seems as though we were acting like we haven't seen each other for the longest time. Anyway, after the fitting we have agreed to eat out. I did suggest to try out SkyPark at Limketkai's which was breathtaking. The ambience was magnificent with live band and the couch feels cozy. Though the ambience was great we weren't able to eat at Skyparks' since our tummy feels like eating ice cream hence we went to PJOE's which was just below skypark. PJOE's ambience is also cozy and quiet nice to dine in with if you dont want a crowded place. At PJOE's we ordered Mango and Banana crepe, Oreo Delight, Tiramisu and plus Chicken fingertips. That was so yum yum.... Aside from their excellent presentation of food, PJOE has wifi which you can surf the web for free. :) [It seems that I am advertising for PJOE's ;)]
My friends and I just had a food trip which was done occasionally especially on Christmas, birthdays and just some side trip when we could think of gathering.
Our Christmas party and exchange gift was held at Gloria Maris in Limketkai, CDOC. The ambiance was so merry and elegant. We usually eat out at the finest restaurant in our city. The restaurant has a good service and pleasant dishes (yummy). After our tummy was full, we had our exchange gifts and was waiting for our friend Julius (but never came). We have thought of eating dessert at ICE CASTLE in Limketkai while waiting for Julius. In Ice Castle, they do have a variety of dessert from banana splits, Hawaiian split to sweet lip-smacking desserts.
If our appetite was more on barbecues, we ate at Dear Manok which they specialize in native Flipino foods from kangkong, ostrich to barbecues.
I have found this video from youtube and I find it inspiring to those who valued their friends. Friendship needs nurturing and love because if not it will die....
