COWD ADVISORY May 3, 2018 Please be informed that the Cagayan de Oro Bulk Water, Inc. (COBI) will shut down operations from Saturday, May 5, 2018 at 8:00 P.M. to Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 6:00 A.M.
