Monster Kitchen's Graduation Ceremony

Today Monster Kitchen Academy will have their graduation ceremony here at Limketkai Luxe for the baking and culinary students. 

The students from Monster Kitchen Academy will showcase their work of art in terms of food. 

Monster Kitchen Academy also offers Wilton courses, a 3-day intensive course for cake decorating. The fee for the course is around 8-9k and teaches the basics, techniques, mastery and skills. 

Wilton professionalize in cake decorating and invented in piping and strokes. This is based in the USA and only six intitutions in the Philippines are accredited. And one of the six is Monster Kitchen. 

Monster Kitchen Academy offers workshops, demos and lifestyle courses. Lifestyle courses are classes for the day or extended to two days and is focus on one product. They also have instructor from Culinary Institute of America in new York.

CityMall eyeing Cagayan de Oro City

DoubleDragon Properties Corp or DD plans to open five city malls this year and 20 more the following year, targeting 100 City Mall by 2020. Each mall will have an average 7,000sqm of GLA for a total of 700,000sqm by 2020.

The first site of City Mall will be in Arnaldo Boulevard, Roxas City with total floor area of 7,034sqm. DD focus its expansion in Visayas and Mindanao regions and Cagayan de Oro is among the cities to be evaluated as prospective sites. 

"CityMall Commercial Centers will be the new player in commercial retail space and potentially the largest branded community mall chain in the Philippines." 

CityMall is owned by Double Dragon for 66percent and the remaining 34percent was owned by SMIC.

Order NSO certificates online

I have recently tried NSO's ordering system which was the nsohelpline.com. This system aims for convenience and for those citizens who are a busybee. This in fact delivers our certificates at our doorsteps. However, the downside was that it costs more than what is normally charge. 

For this transaction, I have ordered a copy of NSO certified marriage certificate which cost me Php 350 compared to what is normally charge of Php 140 plus say Php 20 charge if we ever get it from SM. 

The rates from NSOhelpline (http://www.nsohelpline.com/) are inclusive of processing and delivery fee. Birth certificates, marriage certificates and death certificates costs at Php 350 per copy while CENOMAR costs at Php 450 per copy. 

Payments can be via bancnet online, any metrobank branch, bancnet atm or selected bayad centers nationwide. 

Delivery is usually within 2 - 3 working days upon receipt of payment. I got my marriage certificate on the 2nd working day via Air21.

Hapsay Dalan Pilot Project

The hapsay dalan project piloted today. RTA personnel are all over dvsoria for this project. 

New rules were implemented to a more discipline and peaceful road traffic. Citizens should abide and use pedestrians to avoid penalty of Php 500 or community service and designated boxes for parking (yellow box) and no parking rules.
